Hannah A is a very caring person and is a fantastic carer. When working with Hannah she was always on time and takes great care in her work. She is polite, kind and loving. Hannah trained to be tracheostomy confident and peg feeding confident. She takes instruction well and is very good at her job. The family's we worked for were always telling me how great she was at her job and how confident they felt with Hannah caring for their family members. She is confident in giving medication and leaving an accurate record of what has been given and when. Hannahs paper work was always up to date and accurate. Hannah works well on her own and well with others
